Visit Log

The Visit Log is a report within the Financial section of a Patient's Chart that shows the patient’s Dates of Services.

From the patient’s account, click Financial.
From the Financial section, select Create Report for the Visit Log.
Choose a Start and End Date, then click Search.
The search results will show the number order of the visits along with the Date of Service.
