Billing History

This report provides similar information to the Billing Register, but it is not separated by Date of Service. Instead, it groups claims by Claim Date. This is particularly helpful when checking claim status and you need to know the entire billed amount.

Accessing Billing History

1. From the patient’s account, click the drop down menu to open the Financials section. 
   
2. Locate the Billing History report and click Create Report.

To view the charge level detail of a claim, double-click on a Claim Date field. 

If WebPT Billing has ERA information regarding the claim you are interested in, you can double-click on 835 Detail to view the EOB information.
