Payer Alerts

Create alerts that are specific to an insurance company. These alerts will display in the patient header.

  1. Navigate to the Admin menu and select Payer Alerts

  2. Click on New.
  3. Select an Insurance Class or an Insurance Code

  4. Type in the message you want to be displayed in the Alert Message box. 

  5. Click Save.
  6. Once an alert has been created, you will see alerts in the patient header for all patients with the specific Insurance Class or Insurance Code.
