Create alerts that are specific to an insurance company. These alerts will display in the patient header.
- Navigate to the Admin menu and select Payer Alerts.
- Click on New.
- Select an Insurance Class or an Insurance Code.
- Type in the message you want to be displayed in the Alert Message box.
- Click Save.
- Once an alert has been created, you will see alerts in the patient header for all patients with the specific Insurance Class or Insurance Code.
