Month End: Provider Breakdown by Location

The Provider Breakdown by Location report displays new patients, visits, charges, and payment details by Provider. This report is useful for determining a provider’s monthly productivity and associated financial information.

Run the Report

1. Navigate to the Month End Reports menu and select Provider Breakdown by Location.
2. Indicate the Company, Practice, Location, Month, and Year that you want to analyze, then click Search.
3. The results display below.

Column Descriptions

• Provider Code: The code assigned to a particular clinic
• Provider Description: Provider name
• New Patients: The total number of new patients
• Visits: The number of fully paid visits (charges = payments + adjustments) for the month
• Charges: The total amount billed during the month
• Charge Per Visit: The average charge per billed visit
• Payments: Total payments received during the month
• Adjustments: The total adjustments made during the month
