Month End: Location Breakdown

The Location Breakdown report displays billed new patients, billed visits, total units with associated charges, payments, and adjustments for each clinic location.

Run the Report

1. Navigate to the Month End Reports menu and select Location Breakdown.
2. Indicate the Company, Practice, Location, Month, and Year that you want to analyze, then click Search.
3. The results display below.

Column Descriptions

• Clinic Code: The code assigned to a particular clinic
• Clinic Name: Name of the clinic
• Billed New Patients: The total number of new patients
• Billed Visits: The number of fully paid visits (charges = payments + adjustments) for the month
• Total Units: Total number of units billed
• Charges: The total amount billed during the month
• Payments: Total payments received during the month
• Adjustments: The total adjustments made during the month
