Month End: Clinic Aging

The Clinic Aging report is a complete list of your outstanding A/R listed alphabetically by last name.

Run the Report

1. Navigate to the Month End Reports menu and select Clinic Aging.
2. Indicate the Company, Month, and Year you want to analyze, then click Search.
3. Results display below.

Column Descriptions

• Account Number: Patient’s Account Number
• Patient Name: Patients that have an outstanding A/R
• Charges: Total charges for the month
• Payments: Total payments posted for the month
• Adjustments: Total Adjustments posted for the month
• Current: The clinic’s outstanding balance between 0-29 days old by charge date
• 30 >: The clinic’s outstanding balance between 30-59 days old by charge date
• 60 >: The clinic’s outstanding balance between 60-89 days old by charge date
• 90 >: The clinic’s outstanding balance between 90-119 days old by charge date
• Balance: The clinic’s total outstanding balance for all time
