Summary and Forecast Report

The Summary and Forecast Report shows the clinic’s summary statistics for the month and year selected. This report reflects transactions posted through the previous day.

1. Navigate to the Reports menu and select Summary and Forecast.
2. Select your criteria for the Clinic, Transaction Month, and Transaction Year dropdown menus and click Search.
3. The Clinic’s Summary Statistics display below for the selected criteria. Enter the Total Expenses for the month selected to calculate your true average collection per visit and deduction of your expenses.
4. The calculated Forecast shows the estimated profit or loss for the clinic and also an average of expenses per visit compared to your estimated payments per visit.
