Cross Clinic Key Metrics Report

The Cross Clinic Key Metrics report compares key RCM KPIs across different Hubs. Disclaimer: If there is not at least three months of data to report, the DSO and the % over 90 days will be zero.

1. Navigate to the Reports menu and select Cross Clinic Key Metrics.
2. Enter your search criteria and click Search.
3. Search results display below showing monthly visits and metrics for each Hub. Click on Hub to drill down to companies.
4. A list of key metrics will display for each company listed under that Hub.
