Patient Statement Log
As patient statements are run and sent through Waystar, the statement information is recorded in the Patient Statement Log. This report reflects statements sent through the previous day. If you would like the view the actual statement for the patient, log in to Waystar. If you would like to see a log of all statements sent during a month (not just statements for the individual patient), check out the Patient Statement Listing report.
- From the patient's record, select Statement and Payments.
- Click Create Report button for the Patient Statement Log.
- The Patient Statement Log displays a list of every statement sent to the patient, the date it ran, and the amount owed on the statement.
