Account Notes Report

The Account Notes report can be used to measure user productivity. This report will display key information pertaining to the user's Account Notes.

Run the Report

1. Navigate to Reports and select Account Notes. 
2. Select the User, Date Range, and the Note Code. We recommend leaving the All Note Code option selected. Click Search.
3. This report displays all notes added by the user, by Location, Date (when note was added), and Time (PST). You can drill down the results by filtering them as needed. Click on the Patient ID to open the patient's profile. 
4. At the bottom right corner, you can Export or Print the report if desired.
