Account Rollup

The following functionality is available for RevEquip Members. We are working on also making this available for Self-Service Members.

If you discover that a patient's balances don't appear to be correct (i.e. the Ledger Visit and Error Corrections show different details), you can use the Account Rollup page to recalculate the patient's totals.

  1. Open the Admin menu and select Account Rollup.

  2. Enter the Patient ID and click Search.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the Patient ID and click Rollup.

  4. A confirmation message displays when the Account Rollup is complete.

  5. If the rollup process does not fix the calculation discrepancy, please email webptbillingsupport@webpt.com
