Account Rollup
The following functionality is available for RevEquip Members. We are working on also making this available for Self-Service Members.
If you discover that a patient's balances don't appear to be correct (i.e. the Ledger Visit and Error Corrections show different details), you can use the Account Rollup page to recalculate the patient's totals.
- Open the Admin menu and select Account Rollup.
- Enter the Patient ID and click Search.

Select the checkbox next to the Patient ID and click Rollup.
- A confirmation message displays when the Account Rollup is complete.
- If the rollup process does not fix the calculation discrepancy, please email webptbillingsupport@webpt.com.
